Underfloor heating
Underfloor heating is invisible and really low maintenance, and requires no ugly, wall hogging radiators.
Because underfloor heating requires only low temperature "hot" water it is ideal for use with modern condensing boilers. The comfort levels are high and running costs are around 5% lower than conventional heating (source: Energy Saving Trust).

Space and economy - Installation costs are likely to be similar to those of a conventional radiator system and almost every area of your home can be fitted.
Clean - No dust can gather behind or under the radiators so dust mites are reduced.
Interior design - You can design your home to suit you rather than the needs of your heating installer. Cleaning your floors is easier and wet floors dry more quickly.
Comfort and noise - Underfloor heat will provide the best comfort levels at an even temperature throughout. Compared to radiator systems, there are no annoying ticking as pipes expand in floor voids and in walls.
Common sense - Conventional radiator systems radiate heat into the air which immediately rises to the ceiling the falls to the floor as it cools - thereby warming the highest part of your room first. With underfloor heating the heat rises right up from the floor leaving you warm from toe to head ...
Easy to control - The small temperature difference between the floor surface and the air above means the system requires very little regulation.
